They are experts in their field but they are resisting to embrace their new found Entrepreneurial identity. In 2007, she founded O Coaching, an integrated professional coaching firm grounded in the core philosophy that Entrepreneurship is the ideal playground for professionals to get the fulfillment they are seeking. Christine strives to guide entrepreneurs to setup simple and sharp sales and marketing strategies and a game plan that allows them to be authentic and monetize their expertise,

Christine Lewicki is the Founder and Principal of O Coaching in Los Angeles, California. She is a certified career and business coach, a motivational speaker, personal development trainer, and a MasterMind™ group facilitator. She has clients in the US, Canada and Europe.

She has a Bachelor of Art in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Human Resources from the University of Lille, France (1997). For over 10 years she enjoyed a successful career in the corporate world as the Director of Human Resources for several multi-national firms including Pinault printemps Redoute and Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux. However, after careful consideration of her own authentic values and goals in life, she decided to transition into Coaching in 2005. Lifting a page from her professional Human Resource book, she prepared thoroughly for her new role as an expert in personal and career development. In 2007 she obtained her Coaching Accreditation from the International Coach Academy. She has studied with the best marketing, sales and business coaches, Ali brown, Lisa Sasevick, Lisa Cherney and Kevin Nation.
